Until quite recently, it looked virtually impossible that we’d be seeing the return of the Marvel vs. Capcom serieCasino Gamings anytime soon – or any of Capcom’s crossover fighters, for that matter – but things have quickly turned around. Last week, Capcom announced Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics out of nowhere, while more recently, we also got the surprise shadow dropped release of SNK vs. Capcom: SVC CHAOS. With both re-releases, there’s sudden and renewed hope with fans of the Versus series that we could even see entirely new instalments in the future- and that’s something that seems to be on Capcom’s mind as well.
